Nur da\u00df die mit 26 cm doch viel breiter sind als gew\u00fcnscht. Man bekommt zwar mehr hinein, aber mit schm\u00e4leren Koffern w\u00e4re der Unfall in China vermutlich nicht passiert. Also m\u00fcssen die umgebaut werden. Das ist zwar etwas zeitaufw\u00e4ndig, aber da die Koffer seinerzeit von einem Schlosser von Hand gebaut und die Einzelteile verschraubt wurden, also nicht genietet oder verschwei\u00dft, kann man die prima wieder zerlegen, verkleinern und wieder zusammenbauen. Trotzdem mu\u00df der gewechselt werden, denn ob der noch weitere 20 tausend h\u00e4lt, ist nicht sicher. Also wieder die Heckpartie zerlegen und die Schwinge ausbauen. mu\u00df hierf\u00fcr eine Ersatzl\u00f6sung gefunden werden. Denn der recht hohe L\u00fcfterstrom flie\u00dft direkt durch den Thermostatschalter. Besser w\u00e4re es, wenn dieser nur mit geringem Strom ein Relais schaltet, und dieses dann den L\u00fcfter einschaltet. Nicht nur, da\u00df man selbst bei Nachtfahrten nichts sieht, man wird auch selbst nicht gesehen, was noch schlechter ist. Deshalb wurden zwei LED-Strahler an der Vorderseite rechts und links des K\u00fchlers angebracht und \u00fcber eine Schmelzsicherung mit dem Stromkreislauf der Beleuchtung verschaltet. Die Folge: im vergangenen Jahr w\u00e4hrend der Balkanrundfahrt hat er ein Leck bekommen und musste notd\u00fcrftig abgedichtet werden. Denn da passt die BMW exakt rein und da muss sie jetzt auch wieder rein zum R\u00fccktransport. Nur dass die Malayen die Kiste damals unn\u00f6tig gro\u00df gemacht haben. Das muss auch kleiner gehen. Die Tatsache dass die Kiste aus hartem Tropenholz besteht und mit einem Nagelschussger\u00e4t zusammengezimmert wurde, macht die Aufgabe nicht leichter. Da brauchst du Stunden, um alle N\u00e4gel wieder aus dem \"st\u00e4hlernen\" Holz zu ziehen. Ganz geschweige davon in dieses Hartholz \u00fcberhaupt einen Nagel wieder reinzubekommen. Mit Vorbohren und einem 2kg-Hammer geht's dann doch (meistens). Ansonsten wird halt geschraubt.<br \/>\nUm an H\u00f6he zu sparen wird das Schild, die Spiegel und das Topcase abmontiert und seitlich befestigt. Ebenso die Koffer, Tankrucksack und Ersatzkanister. Ein Bekannter hat mir noch eine Stretchfolie geschenkt (Danke Armin!) mit der ich die Bayerin \"aromafrisch\" verpacken kann. Das Verkleinern und wieder zusammenzimmern der Kiste hat wider Erwarten doch einige Abende gedauert - ich bin halt doch kein Schreiner!<br \/>\n<style type='text\/css'>\r\n\t#mla_gallery-12 Viele L\u00e4nder fordern das bei der Einreise mit dem eigenen Fahrzeug. Speziell L\u00e4nder mit hohen Einfuhrz\u00f6llen f\u00fcr ausl\u00e4ndische Fahrzeuge (Luxussteuer) sind nat\u00fcrlich daran interessiert, dass das ausl\u00e4ndische Kfz das Land auch wieder verl\u00e4sst. Dieses Carnet bekommt man in Deutschland nur beim ADAC und kostet 230 Euro f\u00fcr ADAC-Mitglieder, ansonsten 330 Euro. Das wirklich tempor\u00e4r teuere an der Geschichte ist die Tatsache, dass man f\u00fcr das Carnet de Passage eine Kaution oder Bankb\u00fcrgschaft entrichten muss. Die H\u00f6he dieser Kaution richtet sich nach Fahrzeugtyp und L\u00e4nder, in die man reisen will. In meinem Fall muss ich stolze 2500 Euro hinterlegen. Denn der Staat will sichergehen, dass man das Fahrzeug auch wieder nach Hause bringt und nicht ins Ausland verschiebt. Sollte das Kfz nicht mehr zur\u00fcckgebracht werden k\u00f6nnen wie z. B. bei Totalschaden wegen eines Unfalls oder Diebstahls, ben\u00f6tigt man einen abgestempelten Schrieb der Zollbeh\u00f6rde des jeweiligen Landes. Das Carnet hat eine Gr\u00f6\u00dfe von DIN A4 und ist in Blockform aufgebaut. Jede Seite besteht aus einem festen Teil und zwei Abrei\u00dfbl\u00e4ttern. Die werden bei der Ein- bzw. Ausreise vom Zoll abgestempelt und entfernt. Jetzt mu\u00df nur noch die BMW mit an Bord sein und safe durch den Zoll kommen. Ich hoffe, die Jujngs von Korchina Logistics bekommen das hin.
